Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated Delivery
• United States (Standard): 3–8 business days for items stocked in our US partner warehouse.
• International: 7–15 business days depending on destination and shipping method.
• Multi-item orders may ship separately for faster delivery.

Tracking
• A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships. It may take 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Rates
• United States: FREE shipping on all orders.
• International (selected countries): $9.99 flat under $100; FREE shipping on $100+.

Customs & Duties (International)
• Any import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot control customs delays.

Address Changes
• If you need to update your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost/Delayed Packages
