Orders & Payments
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options through Shopify Payments.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us within 12 hours of purchase at info@koziedecor.com with your order number, and we’ll do our best to make changes. Once your order is shipped, we can’t make changes.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Our products are shipped from our international partner warehouses. Please allow 7–15 business days for delivery after processing. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship to the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Australia, and select other countries. Shipping times may vary by location.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

A: Email us with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide detailed instructions and the return address.
